My car died -- it wouldn't start and I was getting a jumble of messages on the display when I tried to start it. We were towed into Chuck Hutton Chevrolet on a Saturday afternoon, when Service was closed for the day. Greg Echols, the dealership GM, very kindly took charge of receiving the car and reassuring me that it would be taken care of Monday morning. Monday morning I got a text from Charlie Reinhardt, my Service Advisor, saying that a service ticket had been originated and the car would shortly be looked at. Charlie kept me well-informed throughout the service process and explained what needed to be done in plain English. Service was fast, efficient, and cost-effective. Thomas Borden is managing a smooth-running Service Department there, and I highly recommend Chuck Hutton Chevrolet for service to your vehicle.

Brought my 2019 Silverado back in after having new tires installed the previous week. I felt some vibration while driving on the highway and thought the tires may not have been aligned properly. It was discovered that I had a bad tire and a new one was needed. It took longer than I anticipated to have the new tire installed but it all worked out in the end.

Overall the experience was fine. The communication could have been a tad bit better. My car was dropped off on a Monday and I was told it was going to be ready late Tuesday or Wednesday. I decided not to get a rental since I was told it was only going to be a day or 2. The next communication I received was on Thursday letting me know that the parts had arrived and they had started working on my vehicle. I understand it's not their fault that the parts arrived later than expected nor am I faulting them for it, I just feel like it should have been communicated at least by Wednesday that they were still waiting on parts. Not a big issue. I'll still be taking my car back if/when needed.

Brand new truck all service done at dealer and had 3000.00 charge to make a repair not covered. Then truck got damaged during repaired and keep another 7 days to have body shop repair with no offer for a rental . Ask for some kind of discount for all the extra days and was told I could have rented a car for 130.00 for that week. Like to know what rental company rents that cheap ? Was given a 200.00 discount on bill only . Very poor customer service. Made me feel like I was trying to beat your dealer ship out of something the entire time I was there .

Took my vehicle in because it was blowing hot air out of my AC took like 5 to 10 minutes to get cold. This is a 2021 model Silverado trail boss charge me $200 to diagnostics not a problem but then they drained all my free on outand I had to come back the next day and get it filled back to where it was at, of course, wouldn’t top it off for the inconvenience

The service was great and fast, but the price wasn’t expected. I previously told them about my back left tire having low pressure on my last visit and they only rotated the tires. This time, they charged me $40 talking about there was a nail in the tire. Why didn’t they catch that the first time and I was still having the same issue? So I feel like they lied to me just to get money out of me.

Dec 2023 I had extensive work done on my car and had advised that there was a sound that could have been fixed then since there was engine repairs done. When I came in this time I was told it was the exhaust so that means Dec 2023 there was an exhaust problem. They could have fixed then but now would have me to pay approximately $4000 dollars in labor to have to fix involving the engine. Therefore, I have to ride around with an exhaust noise because it was not fixed when I first brought it in. I know my car is almost an antique but it is my choice to have fixed than have a note.

I think like trucks such as custom, LT, 4x4, etc should be group together to keep from having to walk the lot. 3. Several trucks were very dirty and did make a comment and then noticed the pressure washer cleaning some. But over-all was ok.

I love Chuck Hutton and appreciate everyone I talked to. I do have one thing I wasn’t happy with. You repaired my flat tire which was wonderful. They DIDN’T however put my donut tire back in its original place under the trunk floor cover. They put it in the trunk with the brackets that lock it down loose. I couldn’t figure out how to set it back and attach those brackets. So now every time I stop all that rattles around in it. You might want to teach your technicians how to do that. Mr Greg however was amazing as he always is. Thank you, Sir.

i pulled into the oil change lane and the first guy came up to me and said what are you here for and I said I have an appointment for an oil change with Jordan. He said ok and walked away- not toward the service advisors. A couple minutes later another man came buy and asked the same question. I gave the same response and he said Ill get him for you. Jordan then came out and took care of me. He answered all my questions in a very friendly and professional manner. When my truck was ready, he came and got me. We went to his desk and I signed all the paper work and again he was very polite and knew exactly what he was talking about. Total time there was a little over an hour which was expected. Overall a good oil changewith no problems. Thanks.

The experience with the dealership was great... the service I received was excellent and the people I dealt with were professional and very friendly... I would not hesitate to do business with them again. When purchasing the vehicle I felt a mutual respect between the sales staff and myself which can be a rarity in the car buying industry. When i returned for service I was treated just as professionally and as well as when I made the purchase. It was a welcomed experience when compared to other times I've purchased at other dealerships.... Well done!

I am very pleased with with my service of having my oil changed and all went well. I had the nicest young man Jordan assist with my transaction. He even help me to use my Car Bravo points and this was extremely helpful. The only drawback to the oil change was the length of time it took. I was there over an hour and a half with an appointment ---granted the waiting room was full. I also realize there was a check-up of maintance needs on the car and this takes a bit of time. My husband has for many years taken care of our cars and always been able to do the work himself. Health reasons are preventing him from being able to do maintance as it becomes necessary. I have a service advisor now -Jordan- and will contact him if my car needs work in the future. Thank you.

I came in for a nitrogen refill in my tires and happened to mention that my car was doing strange things when it started up, in addition to being hard to start. Thomas Borden recognized immediately that I was experiencing low-voltage problems. A computer check confirmed that my battery was on its way to dying. Joe Pietsch efficiently saw to it that the battery was replaced and I was confidently on my way again. This is just one example of the great service I've always gotten at Chuck Hutton Chevrolet.

Jeremy approached my car to help me. I was originally assigned to Joe but he was helping another customer. I received a text acknowledging my car was now in line for an oil change. An hour later, I received a text letting me know my car was ready, Customer service and wait time have improved tremendously. It’s like they care about us and our time is important to them. I'll never had a problem before until my last visit. I was trying to pay for my service. One of the sales rep looked at me and said "what do you want?' She was very rude and I was embarrassed. I called the company once I got home.
