Front Wheel Drive
Final drive housing, and all internal parts, including: carrier case, gear sets, chain and sprockets, bearings, bushings, axle shafts, axle hub bearings, propeller shafts, universal joints, drive shaft support, front axle hub bearings, fasteners, seals and gaskets for the components listed above.

Rear Wheel Drive
Drive axle housing, and all internal lubricated parts, including: carrier case, gear sets, bearings, bushings, limited slip clutch pack, axle shafts, axle hub bearings, propeller shafts, universal joints, drive shaft support, front axle hub bearings, fasteners, seals and gaskets for the components listed above

TRANSMISSION COVERAGE

Automatic
Case and all internal lubricated parts, including: oil pump, valve body, torque converter, vacuum modulator, governor, main shaft, clutches, bands, drums, gear sets, bearings, bushings, sealing rings, TV cable, solenoids and electronic shift control unit (internal only), transmission mounts, cooler, cooler hoses and hard lines, dipstick and tube, fasteners and seals and gaskets for the components listed above. Powersplit device and all internal components, reduction/reducer box and all internal components, and internal fasteners.

ENGINE COVERAGE

Engine block and all internally lubricated parts, including: crankshaft, rod and main bearings, cam bearings, expansion (freeze) plugs, connecting rods, engine mounts, torque strut, wrist pins, pistons, piston rings, camshaft, cam tower, lifters, cylinder head, valves, guides and seats, valve springs, rocker arms (cam followers), pushrods, timing chain housing (cover), timing chain and sprockets, timing belt and pulleys, timing belt tensioner, intake and exhaust manifolds, eccentric shaft, flywheel/flex plate, balance shafts, harmonic balancer and retainer bolt, crankshaft pulley, valve covers, oil pan, oil pump and pressure relief valve, engine oil cooler hoses, oil filter adapter/housing, fuel supply pump, vacuum pump, dipstick and tube, fasteners and seals and gaskets for the components listed above. Electric oil pump, electric motor/generator, and all internal parts drive motor dampener, motor/generator belt tensioner, three-phase high voltage cables, and internal fasteners.

All of the above-listed parts or equivalent plus: turbocharger, waste gate controller, intercooler, hard lines, compressor, clutch and pulley, bypass valve, injection pump, lines, and nozzles.

MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS

Routine maintenance is critical to ensure optimum performance of your automobile. You have the option of servicing your automobile at a repair facility of your choice. Simply follow the maintenance schedule outlined in your Warranty Forever® agreement and you're covered for life.

What does the Warranty Forever program cover?

It’s basically just like the Factory’s warranty but even better… (Pick a covered component to talk about) - Warranty Forever covers parts and labor on all approved engine, transmission and driveline failures including applicable seals and gaskets. What do I have to do to keep the Warranty Forever in effect?

Simply return to our dealership for your factory’s suggested maintenance and we will take care of the rest” - Perform the recommended maintenance at this dealership per your owner’s manual within 1 month or 1,000 mile of it being due. OR a service facility which has been pre-authorized by calling NWAN at 800-810-8458 prior to receiving service. For maintenance performed at pre-authorized facilities, you will be required to maintain your own service records and will solely be responsible to make sure the repair facility performs the right services at the right intervals. Do I have to service the vehicle here? (…at the selling dealer)

No you don’t, but we certainly are the best place to bring it because we know what to do and when to do it”. - Although we ARE your authorized Warranty Forever facility and the best place to service the vehicle you are buying from us, you don’t necessarily have to service it here. If you are ever unable to bring your vehicle back to us just make sure you take it to a licensed repair facility and BE SURE TO CALL to get pre-authorization PRIOR to having the work performed. What does it “REALLY” cost?

There’s truly no additional cost to you

- Warranty Forever is given to you as a benefit of doing business with us. We do not SELL this product. We offer it at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, to give you the piece of mind to buy from us with confidence. We cannot, and will not, offer the vehicle you are considering at a lower price by taking away your Warranty Forever.

What’s the “CATCH”?

Easy, there is NO CATCH!

Can I change my own oil?

- It is not for us to tell you what you can and cannot do with your vehicle. However, you will void your Warranty Forever by not having your routine maintenance performed at a licensed facility.

How can your dealership afford to offer this program?

The fact is that we know if we didn’t provide this coverage as our promise to our customers and you do have a major breakdown, odds are you probably wouldn’t buy from us again.
